Returns & Refunds

This is the Returns & Refunds Policy for FitnessFireFlies.

1. General Information
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. If the item(s) has obvious signs of use, if the item(s) is damaged and not in its original condition and if the item(s) is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

If the item(s) are returned more than 30 days after they have been purchased, they will be deemed non-refundable.

2. Returns (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment within a few days.

3. Late Or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. You can also contact your bank, but bear in mind that it may take some time for your refund to be received. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please email us at fitnessfireflies.leisure@gmail.com. We will reply within 24 hours of hearing from you.

4. Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at fitnessfireflies.leisure@gmail.com.

5. Shipping
To return your item(s), please email us for instructions and we will answer your email within 24 hours. You will be responsible for paying the cost of shipping for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return cost of shipping will be deducted from your refunded amount. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged item(s) to reach you may vary.
